MFAA MultiFrame AA Is an option that simply affects MSAA it alternates the location of the samples every other frame to give perceived 2x quality to MSAA So MSAAx2 looks as good as MSAAx4 and so on My games usually default me to 2x msaa GTX 1080 and usually ramp this up to 8x because I want the maximum out of my card However I don t notice that much of a difference between the two apart from my frame rates should I just leave the anti aliasing on low and get better performance
